Refund Policy

PENINSULA CHANGES

  • You can exchange your MEXAS for free the first time within 30 days of receiving them.
  • In the case of a second or successive change, you must bear the shipping costs.
  • We do not accept exchanges if you have used the MEXAS on the street. We understand that you may be a little stressed after having used them at home for several days.

    Procedure for Peninsula:

    1. Send an email to buenosvibras@mexas.co indicating the order number and the change you want to make.
    2. Within 24/48 hours we will answer your request.
    3. We will send a courier to the address you have provided who will pick up the pair you want to exchange and will deliver the new one to you at the same time. That easy!:)

        CHANGES CANARY ISLANDS, BALEARIC ISLANDS AND EUROPE

        • You can exchange your MEXAS within 30 days of receiving them.
        • In the case of the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands and Europe, you assume the cost of shipping to our warehouse (8-10 euros approx) and we will send you the change for free.
        • We do not accept exchanges if you have used the MEXAS on the street. We understand that you may be a little stressed after having used them at home for several days.

          Procedure for the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands and Europe:

          1. Send an email to buenosvibras@mexas.co indicating the order number and the change you want to make.
          2. Within 24/48 hours we will answer your request and provide you with the shipping address, so that you can send the package.
          3. As soon as you send us proof that you have sent the package, we will send you the change.

              What happens if the product for which I want an exchange has a lower price?

              If there is a price difference in your favor, we will refund it to the same account with which you paid once the product arrives at our warehouses.

              RETURNS

                • In case you want to make a return, you can request your refund within 30 days .
                • Remember that the product must be in perfect condition, clean and unused.
                • We will request a collection to the address you indicate and we will deduct the cost of that shipment from your refund ( €4 if it is the Peninsula, €6 Balearic Islands, €9 Canary Islands, €10 Europe).

                How do I make a return?

                1. Send an email to buenosvibras@mexas.co indicating that you want to make a return, the order number and the reason.
                2. Later, you will receive an email from us with the instructions to process your request. We will always answer you within a period of 24-48 business hours.
                3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible. They can take up to 72 hours depending on your bank.

                  There are some situations where only partial refunds can be guaranteed:

                  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
                  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after shipment.

                  DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

                  • To evaluate if a product is defective, we need you to send us an email to buenosvibras@mexas.co including the images of the product and the detail.
                  • Once we have all the data, we will contact you to give you a solution as soon as possible.
