If you buy from the Iberian Peninsula (including Portugal) you can change your MEXAS for free the first time within 30 days. The products must be unused and in the same conditions that you received it, keeping its original packaging. In the case of a second or successive changes, the buyer must bear the shipping costs.
For the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands and the rest of the countries, the shipping cost of all changes will be borne by the buyer. The shipping cost varies depending on the location of the buyer, therefore, to know the shipping costs for a return outside the Iberian Peninsula or the Balearic Islands, send an email firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I make a change in size or model?
- To request a change, send an email to email@example.com indicating that you want to make a change, detailing the exchange rate (size, model) and the order number.
- Afterwards, you will receive an email ours with the instructions to process your request. We will always answer you in a period of 24-48 working hours.

What happens if the product I want an exchange for has a lower price?
- If there is a price difference in your favor, we will refund it in the same account you used to pay once the product reaches our warehouses
RETURNS- In case you want to make a return, you can request your refund within 30 days.
- Remember that the product must be in perfect condition, clean and unused. In this case, you will be responsible for sending the product to our warehouse assuming the shipping costs ( €4 for Peninsular Spain and Portugal, € 6 for the Balearic Islands and Portugal or € 10 for the Canary Islands and the rest of the countries)
How do I make a return?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed and we will refund your money to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible.
There are some situations where only partial refunds can be guaranteed:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after shipment.
Late or lost refunds
- If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
- Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund appears on your movements.
