You have 30 DAYS from when you receive them to make the change.
You assume the cost of shipping to our warehouse and we will send you the change for FREE.
Approximate shipping cost:
- Europe zone 1: Germany, Andorra, Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, Austria, the Netherlands → €9
- Europe zone 2: Denmark, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic → €13
- Europe zone 3: Finland, Sweden, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary → €18
- Send an email to email@example.com indicating the order number and the change you want to make.
- Within 24/48 hours we will answer your request and provide you with the shipping address, so that you can send the package.
- As soon as you send us proof that you have sent the package, we will send you the new pair free of charge.
- You have 30 DAYS from when you receive them to make the return.
- We take great care of our shoes and we hope that you return them to us in the same condition that they arrived to you.
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the order number and the return you want to make.
- Within 24/48 hours we will answer your request and provide you with the shipping address, so that you can send the package. The return shipping costs are at your expense.
- As soon as the product arrives at our warehouses and we review it, we will proceed to the full refund of the order. This step can take 7 to 10 business days from when we receive it.
If your size is not available or you do not want to pay shipping costs, you can request store credit. We will send you a discount code by email with the total amount of your order so that you can redeem it at another time. Store credit does not have an expiration date.
To assess whether a product is defective, we need you to send us an email to email@example.com including the product images and details.
Once we have all the information, we will contact you to give you a solution as soon as possible.
We offer a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase that covers flaws and damage such as detached soles, broken straps or other factory defects. We will analyze all those claims about defects and defects that occur up to 3 months after the date of purchase.
