INCORRECT ADDRESS, ABSENCE OR FAILURE TO COLLECT

To avoid any issues, please make sure that the shipping address provided is correct and that you collect your order within the time frame indicated by the carrier.

In the event that an order is returned due to an incorrect address, absence, or failure to collect the parcel at the designated pick-up point, reshipping will incur a cost of €10.
