Although it’s not flexible, the leather sole connects you to the ground and invites you to walk more consciously.

💡 TIP: I love how this light tone visually elongates the leg and makes your skin look more tanned. But hey, that’s just personal taste 😉
And the more you wear it, the more beautiful it gets — it naturally darkens with sun and use, gaining character.

Origin
Huaraches are a traditional Mexican shoe, and at MEXAS, we honor this heritage by using only raw materials sourced from Mexico. We work hand in hand with different workshops to design new models, exploring color combinations and developments that keep this beautiful tradition alive for longer.
Composition
Vegetable-tanned cowhide leather* except for pastel-colored models.
Care
You can clean them with a damp cloth, being careful not to get them too wet as they may darken.
Our warehouse is in Madrid and is open from Monday to Friday. All orders placed before 3:00 p.m. are shipped on the same day.

Our huaraches are 100% handmade in Mexico following a traditional process with more than 500 years of history.
Chemical-free natural leather
The leather we use is vegetable-tanned and free of chemicals. MEXAS are suitable for those with chrome allergies.
They adapt to your fit
Since they are made of leather, they gradually stretch and adapt to your foot shape. They are very lightweight, flexible, and breathable, thanks to their signature woven design.
Social impact
We donate part of the profit from each sale to an NGO called "Mujeres Aliadas", located in Michoacán, the region where we produce our shoes.
